21 Days of MASSIVE Gratitude – Day 1 – Thank Yourself!

Morning Affirmation

 

Hello Hello! I AM SO EXCITED!!! I LOVED seeing all the pics and posts here when I got to the site. THANK YOU ALL!!!

This is DAY 1 — of 21 days. Wow, already this morning I’ve had MAJOR challenges and had to pray, breathe and be still so I can stay the course and… I see others have as well — we will have each other’s back on this journey!

Day 1…
1) Let us begin our journey at the core of our gratitude center. In your heart, as you reflect on who you are, what are you grateful for?
As you reflect, choose 3 things you are most grateful for. .. About yourself.
Perhaps it’s your capacity to love people or your helpfulness? Your creativity in finding solutions or your integrity? Or, your self-discipline and ability to get projects completed?
What are your top 3 attributes? Be grateful for those today. Thank those who helped you to be those things.

2) AFFIRM these throughout the day… loudly and passionately:
*I am grateful
*Instead of complaining today, i will be explaining
*I am a grateful person

3) Today, See yourself in your imagination as joyous in your gratitude. Be still with that vision for as long as you can today, and whenever you can throughout the day. YOU ARE JOYOUS IN YOUR GRATITUDE!!!

Today’s tip:
As/if a complaint begins to rise in your thoughts or emotions. .. reframe it. Remember your commitment to this journey and re-frame any complaint into either a statement of observation (often an adjustment to tone and the underlying emotion is needed) or. ..OR, refrain from speaking in that moment. Be still, breathe and repeat your affirmation….

Enjoy today. .. bask in the sunshine of your grateful heart!
