We provide a loving and firm push to action through executive and life coaching, workshops and customized consultations. Agape Community Development Foundation (ACDF) 1995 to present Co-Founder & Director ACDF is the non-profit (501c3) arm of ADS. We provide workshops and training sessions to the small business community and other non-profit The Business Management Workshop (BMW) a 16 week training program for small businesses, provides practical, principle based training on every aspect of business management. Our goal in creating this program was to address the dismal stats on business success in our community. Consultant – Self-Employed: September 1983 to June 2006 Provided executive coaching and workshop facilitation on presentation/communication skills, customer service, management and staff development, and life skills. Consultant Novations Inc. September 1996 to February 2005 Provided executive coaching and workshop leadership on Effective Communication and Presentation Skills offerings at top companies. As a consultant I have worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, technology, health care, financial and education at primarily Fortune 100 companies. |
