Being Overwhelmed and Coming Back

Sit a Moment

Sit a Moment

Hola!

I will do this slowly… getting back to regular blog updates. It has been a tumultuous three and a half weeks. Quietly so.

But I have been fighting to get back to you and to myself.  Praying, meditating and serving.
Right now actually, as I attempt to write, the heart beats faster, the breathing heavier and suddenly I’m sticky -perhaps that is due to being with the flowers a moment ago. 🙂

Flowers -- looking a bit beat up after a day of downpours yesterday... :-)

Take a Moment

Flowers — looking a bit beat up after a day of downpours yesterday… 🙂

(I actually just took a break and reached out to someone needing guidance – service is so calming!)

But action is now needed – I’ve been still…here’s something I wrote while still one day:

Taking a Moment
To breathe disturbing thoughts away
To invite hope and build optimism
To be still, to simply be
Take a moment…be still
Welcome gratitude, humility and peace
No thoughts, just stillness and presence
Just being… love, always love
Take a moment… be still
And just be.
~♥~

And if you are not able to be in a quiet place, remember this:

Peace, no matter the noise...

Peace, no matter the noise…

Wishing you an abundance of peace, joy and love,

Julette Millien
