Hello!
So here we are, day 4 and the better for it. I have stopped myself (and sometimes only after something just rolled out of my mouth!!!) from going negative more times than I anticipated. The key on this journey is not “be perfect” no, it’s “be aware, be forgiving and be love-centered.”
Awareness, forgiveness and love will transform your life!
Today let’s go to the work place…or school if you are a student. Whatever your “work” is, let us be grateful to have that source of income or knowledge. If you are seeking employment, be grateful for your present source of survival. Be grateful for your skills, talents and gifts. Be grateful for the interviews and the opportunities to practice your job-seeking skills.
If you “hate” your work – reframe that perspective. Find the aspects to be grateful for. They are there.
If you love your work, be grateful and tell someone about it.
If you are indifferent towards your work…Reflect and examine that perspective. Encourage gratitude into your spirit, consider the work and how you can move forward to another job or, add some interest and even fun to your daily duties.
Try walking in today with an adjusted attitude…of gratitude and observe the differences you generate.
AFFIRM: I am grateful for my skills, talents and gifts. I am here to help.
Tip: if a bout of negativity is rearing in your spirit, write it instead of speaking it. Write for 1 minute without stopping then immediately switch gears. Find the positive and move forward.
You can find the Facebook event here – 21 Days of MASSIVE Gratitude and NO Complaining
Have a magnificent day of gratitude!
Sending love…
