A 7-Day Challenge ►Complete Personal Transformation!

Hello My Friend!

Here is a challenge for you: Try this approach for just 7 days and track the changes in your life – your thoughts, emotions and actions.
If you like what you get – perhaps more optimism, more joy, less negativity, more conversations with loved ones, more motivation to get up and out, more creativity and productivity, less worry and doubt, less fear, more love and more peace… to name a few things :-).
If you enjoy the changes you see, then I suggest doing the free 21-day “create a new success habit” daily ecoaching offer available at my website.

1) LOVE more… look for and find the lovable in every person (starting of course with yourself) and situation. EXPECT to find it! And when you see it, speak to it; compliment and encourage all week long…

2) DREAM more … use down time to imagine in the most vivid details, the best possible world for yourself. Plan at least 10 minutes a day to sit and dream, using that powerful imagination of yours to fill in all the details

3) EXPECT more…in thought, with affirmations and consistency. Expect more, not just of the world or of others but most importantly  of yourself.

4) RISK more … do something different, invite change, take action while afraid. Select 1 or 3 (not a typo) things you are afraid of doing, or dislike doing for some reason…something you tend to put off again and again. This week, do those things.

Do this in the order suggested (different from the picture) as I believe this  order is profoundly important.

It all begins with LOVE.  Without love first, all else loses its value…

Next, you have to have a spirit of optimism and expectancy – which actually flows from the love.

Then, build on that with dreams, imagination and visualizing that which you are expecting.  Your expectations will expand and as a result so will you.

Finally, take risks, have courage and live life fully! Having done 1, 2 and 3, taking risks will be so much easier! 🙂

Don’t forget, if you like what ensues as a result of this 7-day exercise, move forward and create a new habit by continuing on and focusing on one of these 4 mindset habits.

Nothing short of a complete transformation will result. Enjoy!
