Being Grateful For ALL of it! – Good, Bad and Ugly – Day 12

Hello Dear One,

Day 12!

We’re more than half way through our journey…a journey that will not end. Let us declare, publicly, that gratitude, MASSIVE Gratitude will be our mindset, daily choice and lifestyle. Beyond a mere habit, we will ‘BE gratitude’ in all we think, feel and do. This is way more than a 21-day journey. It’s life as we choose to live it… With MASSIVE gratitude!

Ok, so that wasn’t planned! Lol… Just had to flow with it

Today, let’s reflect on the various changes our relationships have withstood. Reflect on a few of your strongest, most gratifying relationships, the ones where love is the fabric, the foundation and the essence. What are some of the hurdles jumped? Reflect on that. Be grateful for those challenges; they got you here.

Reflect as well on some of the present challenges… Can you be grateful for them, accepting that they are growing and stretching you in ways you will benefit from?

Today treasure your relationships. Say thank-you, out loud. Call some folks and express your love and gratitude.

AFFIRM: Gratitude for my relationship with________will grow my relationship with _________.

Tip: Reflect and Write about 3 bits of constructive feedback you have received about yourself from people who love you. See where you can grow. Try today to see expressed complaints as constructive feedback.
