Day 13 – 5 Gratitude Exercises to Do At Home

Hola My Friend,

Let’s focus today, once again on our home venue. MASSIVE GRATITUDE is the goal!

  1. *Say ‘thank-you’ out loud in every room of your home. (Bathrooms and kitchens are separate rooms)
  2. *Walk around and just spin around as best you can as you spill your gratitude into your space
  3. *If you live with family or roommates, reflect on your gratitude for their role in your life – especially if there are challenges in the relationship ( see Day 12’s post for more on that)
  4. *Be grateful and say thank-you for all the comforts of/in your home – acknowledge them one by one
  5. *Be grateful and say thank-you for all those who help you make your home a home…service providers, babysitters, gardeners, etc

If you happen to be ordinarily dissatisfied with your home, do this exercise with even more commitment and passion. Not until there is genuine gratitude for what we have, is it likely to improve or increase.

Gratitude - nothing new

Recall the 3 things from Day 3, and renew your gratitude.

We’re after MASSIVE gratitude so feel free, encourage yourself to be EXCESSIVE and way OVER the top with your gratitude!

Affirm: I am SO VERY GRATEFUL for my home!!!
Tip: Create a list of all you have to be grateful for… This will take so long there’ll be no time for complaints.
