Forgiveness Tip Time – 3 Steps to Peace, Love and Joy

Hello My Friend,

With these benefits, still we resist! Proof that we operate from pain, feelings and fear more than we should…

FFT -peace, joy, love slide

 

If you’d like to reap peace, joy and love in your life then sow it. You sow all three through forgiveness.

1)  Reflect for a minute and decide which bit of baggage you’re willing to release…

2)  Say out loud, “I release this (anger, hurt, misunderstanding, or whatever it is) and agree to be free from the pain of holding on to it”

3)  Be still again and ask for divine guidance and support as you release the baggage and receive the peace…

Do this as often as needed until you are completely free.
