Moving From “I won’t” to “I did!”

Hello my Friend,

This handy chart is a powerful reminder of the building blocks of action: Admission, Desire, Asking, Thought, Belief, Intention, Commitment and finally ACTION.

Where are you on this journey to action?

 0%       I won’t                                  If you say it, it is so

10%     I can’t                                    Whether you believe you can or you can’t, you will be proven right

20%     I don’t know how                Admitting you don’t know is good only if you learn

30%     I wish I could                        A wish, desire or longing is a good START

40%     What is it?                            Asking open-ended questions opens up your creativity

50%     I think I might                       Thinking right is a great start, but that you “might” is just not enough

60%     I might                                    At least now you are not just thinking it, you are believing it

70%        I think I can                         “I can” is much more powerful than “I might”…but it’s still just a thought

80%        I can                                       Great! You believe it now!

90%        I will                                       Now you are committed to taking action…

100%     I did!                                       The only proof of action taken is to have done it.

 

What are saying “I will” to today? 

And what will you do today to be sure tomorrow you will be saying “I did!” Remember, anything less than 100% is not yet ACTION.
