How to Heal – Five Habits That Help

Hello My Friend,

If there is hurt on your heart, you’re probably, without even intending to, hurting others. I want to encourage you today to heal that hurt. Feel what you need to feel. Deal with it so you can heal through it. Express what you need to express – in writing, in person if possible, through art and/or music – in order to get past whatever is blocking your blessings.

Think about it – do you really want to be responsible for having pain in your life/family travel into the next generation?

Once you acknowledge your pain, you will be in a healthier place immediately.  Then try these five habits – first for yourself and then for others.  Have sympathy and compassion for yourself as you heal, be kind, forgive yourself, and yes, trade the grimace in for a smile. 

Five Habits that will truly help…

  1. Sympathy in lieu of anger/retaliation
  2. Compassion instead of contempt
  3. Kindness for cruelty
  4. Smiling for grimaces
  5. Forgiving and forgetting instead of fault finding

 

These five habits will transform your life. Try one a day for the next 5 days and live your best possible life every day after.
