How to Trade in Negative Beliefs for Positive Ones in 5 Steps

Hello Dear One,

This quote about sums it up. What you believe you create and your reality ( save of course for things way beyond your control) was first a thought.

So reflect for a few moments ►►► What are your recurring thoughts? What are your underlying beliefs about life, who you are are and where you are headed? What DO you believe in?

If you’re thinking it, you are believing it and creating it

If you’re feeling it, you will live it because you are believing it

If you’re dreaming about it, and imagining it happening, chances are it will because you believe it

If you’re fearing it, you are pulling it to you (because fear requires negative thought AND because you believe it)

If you are saying it to yourself constantly (and it’s what you really believe), it will manifest

What does this say to you? Hopefully you will CHOOSE to change your beliefs if need be and become crystal clear on what you deeply believe.
THEN, you will make every effort to line up your thoughts, feelings, dreams, imagination and self-talk with those powerful beliefs and do the following daily:

  1. Think the thoughts that inspire
  2. Feel the feelings that elevate
  3. Dream and imagine the goals you’ve chosen
  4. Feel the fear you feel but take action anyway
  5. Speak to yourself in powerful and positive ways only

Wear a rubber-band and every time you stray from this 5-step approach, snap it and get back on course.  Get a trusted friend (accountability partner) to give you feedback on what you say and, write daily about this effort.

Try this approach for one day, then repeat for seven days and see the difference in your life! You will be transformed, you will create “miracles” (which is creating a new way of thinking and being) and you will most definitely move closer to the life you dream about.

Then, to begin the process of creating a brand new  powerful habit of elevated thinking, feeling, dreaming, imagining and speaking, do these 5 steps for 21 days.
