7 things to accept to bring peace to your life:

  1. What is in this very moment – after acceptance, you will be more potent and able to change it, if you can (within your control)
  2. What you look like – see your beauty, accept your flaws and only seek to change them after you have accepted and loved them
  3. The faults of your loved ones – love them unconditionally and accept that only they have the power to change themselves
  4. Your mistakes/past – find the lesson and move forward
  5. The “unfair” things that have happened in your life – “unfair” is not personal, it just is, so ‘find the lesson and move forward’
  6. Your genetics – accept whatever your health conditions are and use your diet and lifestyle to be as healthy and happy  as you possibly can be
  7. Your authentic, beautiful self! – come to terms with what you truly believe and live only from that place. Accept that your beauty comes from your authenticity and joy.
