The #1 Reason People Fail to Achieve Their Goals

January 9, 2014 by Julette Leave a Comment

Hello My Friend!

It’s January 2014 and this is the busiest goal-setting time of the year, for many people. We have the best of intentions; the bad habits must go and the good ones, well, we yearn for them; the bold goals appear oh so attainable. Optimism is at its peak.

But before you take another step in the direction of goal achievement or… frustration, please read the following on the most important factor of all…what do you THINK and FEEL about YOU ACHIEVING your goals?

All of your plans and efforts will be for naught if you do not master this first…

This is the #1 reason people fail…not just at achieving goals but at ANYTHING!

With anything you do in life, do it with the best intentions and the best preparation. If not, you will remain on a cycle of under-performance or worse, a cycle of no performance or consistent misses…surely you want more in 2014 than that!

Be prepared, and ready yourself for massive personal success…IF you do your part.

Take these 3 steps if you are serious about your goals and commitments:

  1. Read the information enclosed on self-image mastery
  2. Begin a 21-day program to monitor how you think and feel about your goals and to create the mindset to match your desired outcome (see free 21-day e-coaching offer here)
  3. Align your beliefs, emotions, thoughts and actions with your 2014 goals…or, if they are not in alignment set NEW goals OR, adjust your beliefs, emotions, thoughts and actions!

Read on here

What you think and how you (truly and deeply) feel about your ability to achieve your goals are the key determinants of your success.

Be aware: What we say we truly feel and think about our potential is often just the “above the water line” self chatter…dig deeper to access what your true beliefs are… which are often sub-conscious: It’s those that are most powerful and often in urgent need of being rooted out.

Wishing you an abundance of goal-setting productivity and self-image mastery!
